Jumpin January Batman!

January was a rough month for Sol. Well that means it was a rough month for Robbie and I too! She had a fever almost every week and was waking up MANY times during the night. When she started waking up every hour we took her to the doctor and found out she had an ear infection. No wonder she didn't want to lie down. Here she is in her Kimono Eddie sent her. We got to get out on some nice days. Some of the pics are from one of the warmest, but windy, January days. We went to the park and went for a stroll while Daddy flew his kite. Sol and I went to Chuck E Cheese with Spencer and Hali. I hadn't been to a C.E.C. since I was about 10 years old. The pizza was crappy and we couldn't even watch the "robot" show because there was a birthday party going on. Soleil seemed to enjoy watching all the kids, but I was a little grossed out by the unidentified substances I saw in the toddler area! Eeek!

MawMaw

On the original last day of our Christmas visit to Alabama we lost MawMaw (Robbie's grandmother). We left for the long drive home and got a call a few hours later to turn back around. It was as if we went through a strange time warp. All we did was drive down the road and when we returned to Robbie's parents' house it was as if years had gone by. We are very grateful that we were able to spend Christmas with MawMaw and be with her on her last day. We miss you MawMaw!
