Robbie and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary on Fri September 23. It was his year to plan something. After work he told me to pack my bags for overnight. He took me to the 4 Seasons Resort just up the road. We were met there by some of our close friends: Jessica, Damon, Michael, and Chris. They joined us for dinner and the boys stayed to hang out in the hot tub for a while. Our room was incredible. It was one of the cabana rooms with the balcony overlooking the golf course. There was champagne and amazing chocolate sculptures! When we came back to the room after dinner there were rose petals in the shape of a heart on the bed and rose petals around the tub. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub. It was nice to toally submerge my body as our tub at home is quite shallow. Robbie planned a "Mommy to be" massage but was diappointed when the masseuse became ill and was unable to give me the massage. It was a very nice night. When I came home there was new bedding on the bed since 2nd anniversary tradition is cotton. Robbie really outdid himself! I am so proud of him for all the planning he did. I am not sure that I can match that next year! Here are a couple of pics from our anniversary...
